Kay's Traveling Closet is a mobile fashion boutique that brings a "pop-up" shopping experience to senior living centers throughout Central Illinois. Residents will enjoy a comfortable and affordable way to purchase gently used men's & women's clothing, jewelry and accessories.

What to Expect
Our staff carefully chooses gently used clothing, jewelry, scarves, belts and shoes that are attractive and easy to wear for older clients. All clothing is hung in size order on attractive rolling racks, jewelry and scarves are easily displayed on tables. Most items are priced $15 and below.
Once on site, we unload our trailer then roll our racks into your activity or dining room, set the boutique up and welcome your residents (and staff!) in to shop. We accept cash, debit/credit cards and gift cards. When done, we load it all up and roll it out the door then prepare to see you at our next visit!

Kay's Traveling Closet is more than a nonprofit; it's a window to happiness and joy. For residents that may no longer be able to visit traditional stores, our mobile boutique is an easily accessible way to shop for clothing and accessories. Residents will be able to browse with friends, touch the fabrics and view colors & designs.
